Payment Information

Payment can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or cryptocurrency.

When remitting payment via EFT/ bank transfer, you must include your order number in the reference/ description field.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearance, and customers will receive tracking information via email once payment is confirmed. 

Orders will not be shipped until full payment has cleared.

Orders & Delivery Information


Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of funds clearing. Payment received before 11am Monday to Friday will generally be shipped that day whilst orders that settle later that 11am will go out the next business day.

We ship Australia wide using Australia Post. We are committed to ensuring the safe delivery of your seeds, and we offer a replacement guarantee for any orders that do not arrive. If you have supplied us with an incorrect shipping address, the delivery guarantee is null and void. You are responsible for providing the correct details, and we take no responsibility for packages that are not delivered due to incorrect details being provided. Please ensure you check and double check the details you provide.

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor its progress.

The tracking information will typically display the status of the shipment, such as “in transit,” as well as the date and time of dispatch, destination postcode, and estimated delivery time. There is no signature required upon delivery.

We exclusively use Australia Post tracked shipping, and offer customers the choice between priority post and Express post. Priority (regular post) tends to take between 3-7 business days. Express post can deliver in 1-4 days. 

Please note that shipping times are based upon indicative delivery timetables provided by Australia Post. Delivery times are in addition to the time taken to prepare and pack your order.

You are reponsible for tracking your delivery using this Australia Post tracking webpage.

If your order has not arrived in the time-frame expected, email us. If it has been over 7 business days, or the package shows as “DELIVERED” but you have not received it, you must lodge an inquiry with Australia post, using the button on the tracking webpage, and they will respond with more details.
